Darla Davis, founder of Aeris Aerial, joined me in the studio today along with one of her students, Sarah Roberts, to talk about aerial arts, a genre that bridges performance, art, and exercise. Many forms of expression fall under this umbrella, including
- Aerial Yoga
- Aerial Silks Training Courses
- Open Gym
- Contortion/Stall Bars
