WOW…. so, I have been feeling on the verge of death all day. Seriously dragging my ass. Tired, bad mood, blah blah blah. I come home and look at my desk phone… I missed a call….
Before I tell you who I missed a call from, I have to tell you about one of my goals in life. There is a record label that is home to some of my favorite bands, including Porcupine Tree. The label is Roadrunner Records. They have an amazing roster of bands, and I really, really, really want to create a working relationship with them. I just don’t know how.
Anyway, back to my phone. I look at the caller ID:

I shit you not.
I am not quite believing this… I check the voicemail. It is the Creative Director from Roadrunner. He has a comedian in town tomorrow, and wants live photos done. He found my website and liked my work.
WOW.
Needless to say, I was on the phone *immediately* returning that call…. I left him a message. Let us pray that he still needs me and that I can do this gig!!!!
