Sometimes a Cigar is Just a Cigar

Freud was famous for analyzing things, even over-analyzing them to the point of meaninglessness.  In Freud’s world, something like a cigar could be considered a phallic symbol, and well… the fact that it’s something you put in your mouth…  you can guess what that might represent on a subconscious level.  Sigmund was, of course, a fan of cigars.  In response to the obvious indictment, he once said,

“Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar”.

And thus it is with relationships:

What she's thinking - he's thinking - motorcycle
