A Different World
Part II: a different world
My last post was about Anrej Pejic. If you didn’t read it, go there now. It’s worth your time. It’s a short, strange, sexy read.
Okay, I’ll presume you’ve read that post. I have showed that blog post to several of my “straight” guy friends, and their responses have been interesting. All of them agreed that they would have gone home and had sex with the person in that story. For those of you that don’t know me or my friends… we are all a bunch of normal straight dudes that love women.
I want to talk more about stepping outside of the boundaries today. As many of you know, I have a peculiar fashion sense. I often mix up my “man” wardrobe elements with some “woman” elements. You can see some examples of it here: I definitely am pretty conservative compared to a lot of people. For those of you that think I’m crazy, ballsy, brave, whatever… there are some people that are far more bold than I. Check this guy out. He is beyond a rule breaker – he truly does not give a fuck about the rules. This guy is a bad ass.
“If you are with a girl, and you find her beautiful, and you want to do all kinds of naughty things with her, but yet at the same time, you love the way that she does her eye makeup, and you wouldn’t mind if she gave you a couple of pointers, that’s okay. You can ask her after you guys make out”
If you are watching “The Dark Knight Rises” and you see Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, and you are thinking to yourself, “DAMN! ANNE HATHAWAY IS HOT! I can’t tell you how many things I would do to that booty! But also, I wouldn’t mind dressing up like Catwoman. That outfit’s kinda sexy, and I bet I could rock it.” That’s okay!”
I love people with no regard for “the rules”. They are the explorers of our day.
“Fuck off with your sofa units and green stripe patterns, I say never be complete, I say stop being perfect, I say let… lets evolve, let the chips fall where they may.” – Tyler Durden, Fight Club
I am here to preach the gospel of question everything – particularly yourself.
Can I get an ‘amen’?
Stay tuned for part III
